24 Hour Elevator Emergency Rescue LLC was founded by elevator technicians who saw a gap in the industry — property managers and HOA boards struggling to find reliable, round-the-clock emergency response when their elevators failed and residents were trapped inside.
We set out to fix that. With over 18 years of combined experience, our team of certified and licensed technicians responds faster, communicates clearly, and gets the job done right the first time. We are not a call center — when you dial our number, you reach a real technician who is ready to dispatch.
